3. Contest Winners
3.1 Each participant (with a valid e-mail contact) is entitled for only one complete submission.
3.2 Submissions with all the information will automatically be enrolled in the giveaway draw where 60 winners will be randomly picked. The manner in which the said draw is conducted shall be at Foxconn's sole discretion. Due to the nature of the draw, no appeals or reconsiderations shall be entertained for whatsoever reason.
3.3 Each winner is entitled to only one prize.
3.4 All winners must supply a valid e-mail contact and other personal particulars to facilitate prize collection.

4.Prize Collection
4.1 All winners will be notified on the method of prize collection after the results are posted.
4.2 All winners must provide either passport or identity card for verification purposes for prize collection.
4.3 Prizes not collected within 1 month from date of personal notification will be forfeited.
4.4 All prizes are to be taken as is and Foxconn is not responsible for warranty or after sales support for these items.

5. General
5.1 Foxconn or the origin of issuer will not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of Internet entries.
5.2 In the event the winners cannot be contacted at the e-mail address indicated on the entry form, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at the discretion of the contest organizers.
5.3 By participating in the Contest, participant agrees that Foxconn, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.4 The contest organizers reserves the right to substitute, vary or alter any of the prizes offered.
5.5 The organizers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, or suspend or in any other way cease the Contest at any time without prior notification.
5.6 Foxconn reserves the right to amend or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notification.
5.7 Non-compliance or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions shall immediately disqualify the participant from the Contest and further participation in any other contest organized by Foxconn Technology Group.
