Switzerland, the beautiful land where this took place:
OC Team Switzerland consisting of members spllman, Gianni-gt, argoth, cmram and besi brought down the temperatures quite a bit, to -196C with liquid nitrogen on Foxconn Quantum Force motherboards, including the as-yet unreleased BLACKOPS...

With just Cascade Cooling, the QX9650 was brought just a little shy of 6GHz on the Foxconn Quantum Force Black Ops Motherboard, and definitely a record with just a Cascade!
